It’s the question that every man on the face of the earth dreads being asked and it’s also the one thing that he’s most likely to lie about. The question is: does my bum look big in this? And if he answers with a quick ‘no’ there’s a good chance he’s fibbing to you. Awkward...
According to a new survey, over a third of men will lie when they’re asked about the size of their partner’s behind, while the rest will either try and change the subject so they don’t have to commit to an actual answer or simply follow her lead and blame the colour of what she’s wearing.
Men are generally considered to be the most straightforward sex however when it comes to challenging a colleague, women came out on top. The results showed that we’re twice as likely to speak up and say something to a co-worker if they’ve upset us.

"Of course you looked amazing earlier, would I ever lie to you?"
The ‘Refreshingly Straightforward’ survey (which was conducted by Hastings Direct) also considered how we cope with telling the truth when it comes to dating. Surprisingly, the results revealed that women tend to be more unreliable in this area.
While nearly a third of men admitted to making plans to meet a potential date when they have no intention of showing up, women are twice as likely to do this to a possible suitor.
However, over a quarter of men gave their dates fake contact details and one in ten failed to mention that they were married or in a long-term relationship (naughty, naughty!).
We don’t know about you, but we think we’d rather our men to be completely honest with us rather than fibbing.
