Looking for love? Are your usual methods of finding a mate failing to work? If you answered yes to these questions, maybe it’s time you took a page from 18-year-old Amber Zuniga’s book and started handing out a boyfriend application form to prospective suitors.
The Huffington Post reports that with the first day of school fast approaching, Amber decided it was important that she find herself a good back-to-school boyfriend to help her get through the academic year.
In an effort to help herself and her friends distinguish between genuinely nice guys and players, she created the “ultimate boyfriend application.” Check it out:

Amber's hilarious boyfriend application has gone viral since she uploaded it
We can’t help but love the list of reasons why a guy should date Amber (especially the “Beyoncé wants this to happen!” one. Hilarious!).
Needless to say, Amber’s application immediately went viral and got picked up by media outlets around the globe.
“The application is for anyone who might have a crush on someone, or thinks a boy is attractive, or perhaps even has an unhealthy infatuation – since the application is a tad overboard,” said Amber, speaking to the Huffington Post.
“But let’s not forget Beyoncé. I think she really carried me through the endless hours of strenuous cutting and gluing it took to perfect the application. That woman is gold,” she added.
While Amber admitted that she had yet to use the application form for herself, she did say that she’d happily hand it to the next “tall, tan and handsome” man who waltzes into her life.
“If they bring you pizza, they’ve got potential,” said Amber, offering up some sage relationship advice.
“If they let you have the last slice, they’re a keeper,” she added.
Hmm... we definitely think Amber is on to something with that bit of wisdom.
