Over half a million people tuned in to watch Darren get shot in the head in the incredible series three finale of Love/Hate last year.
But it seems that the country might have been a little quick to assume that Robert Sheehan wouldn’t be reprising his role. (Although to be fair both he and the show’s writer Stuart Carolan both said that he wouldn’t be back.)

Darren became one of the nation's favourite characters.
Anyway, apparently the Irish hottie was spotted in a hospital gown on the set of the award-winning drama yesterday sparking rumours that Darren might not be dead after all.
But it sounds as if we’re going to be kept guessing for a little while longer as, according to the Irish Independent, RTÉ was not willing to comment on the sighting.
This was how he was left at the end of series three.
Shooting for the fourth series of Love/Hate is due to continue for the next few months. All we can say is that we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for a certain blue jumper!
