A man in the US posted this image to Reddit earlier this week, explaining that he had played a prank on his girlfriend by placing a little surprise for his girlfriend to find.
Alongside the photo of the ring box, he added “I set a trap for my girlfriend in my sock drawer on laundry day, she fell for it.”.
Before you think he’s a completely heartless fella, he followed up by saying that he already has a child with his girlfriend and the pair are more focused on expanding their family at the moment than tying the knot.
Apparently, she took the joke in the spirit it was intended, with the user adding “she’s a keeper!”.
