Over the years, we have heard many horror stories and some urban legends involving health diagnosis but this particular incident involving this gentleman certainly takes the biscuit.
A man who was complaining with a stomach cramp decided he had enough of the pain (they’re not really able for it) and went along to his local doctor to find out what he was suffering from.
His symptoms included, wait for it, bloating, fatigue, cramps, blood in his urine and general mood swings. He was also craving a large amount of chocolate (kidding, we’re just kidding).
His doctor recommended a CT scan and it was only at the point that they discovered Mr. Chen had ovaries and a uterus. Doctors then confirmed (shocker) that Mr. Chen was a woman when they discovered he had no Adam’s apple or male genitalia.
Mr. Chen apparently also possessed two XX chromosomes.
According to the Metro, the chief of the First People’s Hospital of Yongkang said: “He was wearing men’s clothes and had short hair so we didn’t think that he would be a female at the beginning.”
Mr. Chen also claimed he had sex with his wife but apparently, the doctors don’t believe this anymore.
