Masterchef: The Professionals – BBC Two (8.30pm)
It’s the beginning of another week of the competition with another 10 chefs hoping to impress Monica Galetti and Gregg Wallace with their culinary skills. The only problem is they only have seven ingredients to work with.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! – 3e (9.00pm)
Tonight actress Helen Flanagan and MP Nadine Dorries will take part in the first Bushtucker trial of the series in the hope of winning food for their camps. If last night’s show is anything to go by, expect drama.

The Pursuit of Happyness – 5* (9.00pm)
Will Smith stars in this touching tale about a salesman who is fighting hard and doing anything he can to make ends meet for him and his son. Thandie Newton and Jaden Smith co-star.

America’s Next Top Model – Sky Living (9.00pm)
The competition is hotting up with only ten girls left. This week they are heading to Canadian Fashion Week but that’s not all. The models will have to get their hands dirty with leaves and maple syrup for their photo shoot.

It’s the first of a two-part series which takes a look at the country’s first weight management clinic in Dublin. A mother-of-three is hoping to transform her family’s eating habits while a man, whose fitness was affected by a serious sports injury, is going for surgery.
