Ciara King opens up about her struggles with online dating saying she’s missed the Tinder and Plenty of Fish boat. Ciara admits that she’s dabbled, but a particularly brutal ghosting episode has left her cautious,
“This year I’ve dated three guys one I really really really liked and I thought this was it and then he ghosted me, after six months, and I’ve never heard from him since. I wish that he’d said I’m seeing someone else, I’m not into you”.
Caroline Foran talks us through her plans for her new book after the success of ‘Owning It: Your Bullshit Free Guide to Living With Anxiety‘ and our athlete of the week is champion kickboxer Caradh O’Donovan, who had an uphill battle after being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease.
