Mothers come in all shapes and sizes and given that it’s mammy’s day on Sunday, we figured it was only fitting for us to celebrate all the hard-working animal mums out there.

You see when it comes to having kids, we’re not that different from the animal kingdom. Animal mammies still have to put with up with hungry newborns, upset toddlers and frustrated little ones who are trying to learn all of life’s important lesson.

Between teaching them how to survive and ensuring that babies get all the attention that they need, animal mams work almost as hard as human mams.
