Mum-Of-Two Is Suing McDonald’s After Two-Year-Old Found Used Condom… And Ate It

A mother is suing fast food restaurant McDonald's after she claimed one of her children found a used condom in the play area and then ate it.

The mum took her two children to the McDonald's located in the Chicago area.

Anishi Spencer and her two sons, three-year-old Jonathan and two-year-old Jacquel, were eating in the restaurant's playground area when they allegedly found the condom. The lawsuit claims it was some time later when the two-year-old coughed up a piece of the condom.

Both kids had to receive medical attention.

The Chicago-based yellow M is being sued by the mum-of-two. 

Spencer is accusing McDonald;s of "failing to properly keep hazardous material from areas open to children as well as failing to use surveillance or inspection to detect deviant activities at its restaurants", Gawker.com reports.

The mum-of-two is looking for at least $50,000 (€37,000) in damages, for negligence and to cover the children's medical expenses.
