It’s another Saturday night worth sitting in for. We’ve got dating, singing and running for goodness sake! What more could you want?
Take Me Out – ITV (7:00pm)
Tonight a telesales worker, an electrician, a cage fighter and a broker will be trying to impress one of the 30 single ladies but of course there’s no guarantee that any of them will keep their lights on. Also, Paddy McGuinness takes a look back at how last week’s couples got on.

The X Factor – TV3 (8:20pm)
It’s really hotting up on the X Factor as we draw closer to Christmas. Gary Barlow will be relieved that he didn’t lose another act in the competition after Kye Sones survived on Sunday night but we have a feeling that the claws will be out again this evening among the judging panel.

The Thick of It – BBC Two (9:30pm)
If you haven’t had a chance to see this dark comedy sitcom, now you should. In the last of the series the Home Office has cut police numbers creating a mountain of paperwork. Malcolm suggests sending Dan Miller to a police station to make the Government look unresponsive.

Run Fat Boy Run – RTÉ Two (10:00pm)
Simon Pegg and Thandie Newton star in this romantic comedy about a man who leaves his pregnant fiancée at the altar only to discover, five years later, that he made a huge mistake. When he goes to win her back, she is with someone else so he runs a marathon to prove himself.

The Jonathan Ross Show – ITV (10:15pm)
On this week’s show, Jonathan Ross is speaking to pop star Kylie Minogue, born survivor Bear Grylls and comedian Russell Howard. Rock band Muse is also set to perform in the studio. Entertaining as always.
