Niall Breslin, known to most as a Voice Of Ireland mentor, has become an advocate for positive mental health in recent months.
Since the Mullingar native broke news to media that he had battled with an anxiety disorder from his mid-teens, he has used his platform to highlight the need for change towards the issue of mental health in this country.
In an emotive and extremely honest speech, captured at Lovin' Dublin's first live show at The Bord Gais Energy Theatre, Bressie tells his story and turns the spotlight on banishing the stigma that surrounds mental illness.
Breslin has launched My 1000 Hours this week, a website that is dedicated to increase the conversation around mental health and explore ways to improve both emotional and physical fitness.
To join in the conversation you can follow My 1000 Hours on Twitter here.
