Ready for the lights of showbiz, just not sure if you’d make the X Factor cut?
There’s a course for you. We’re not joking.
Every X Factor hopeful has prepared for their audition in front of the mirror, but that could soon be a thing of the past.
One college is said to be offering a course which will prepare X Factor hopefuls for their audition in front of the judges.
According to the BBC, the course will be held at Bishop Auckland College in County Durham and will last for 17 weeks.
Speaking about the course Mike Jinks, who is head of art, music and performing arts at the college, explained the reasons for the course, saying: "I've watched X Factor auditions and thought, 'you could have done well but you just weren't prepared for it'."

Last year's winner James Arthur is the inspiration.
Stating that the course will not just show the positive results from the show, Mike Jinks added: "We will be giving them some home truths. This is not just about saying, 'go on X Factor and you will be famous.'
"We expect them to work hard. We expect them to understand that most people who go on X Factor put a lot of hard work and preparation into it.
"What they'll get is a lot of really useful transferrable skills. Whether they develop the confidence to take on an audition or take on a job interview, I don't see much difference between the skills that you need."
Wow. Will Simon Cowell try and get some of the cut we wonder...?
