Olympic Athletes show how bad the Olympic Village is this year

The Olympics kicks off this evening but the village where the athletes will be staying isn't even finished.  The Jamaican team arrived to the Olympic Village earlier this week where they will be staying for the duration of the games and were shocked by how poor the standards of accommodation were. While it was finished structurally it was only half furnished and  had building materials scattered everywhere. Our friends over on JOE.ie spotted this video on Twitter which shows the team walking around their unfinished apartment and going into another apartment which still had rubble and ladders with builders finishing work on it. These athletes have been preparing for the last four years for the current games and the last thing they need is unfit living conditions. See for yourself here:
