One Of Our Favourite Bands Are Said To Be In “Crunch Talks” About Their Future

NOOOOOOO! Say it isn't so!

NOOOOOOO!

One Direction are said to be in ‘crunch talks’ about whether or not to stay together for another world tour.

According to reports, the lads will meet with Simon Cowell this week to discuss the future of the band after Zayn Malik’s departure.

The band have reportedly got a £50 million deal on the table for another stadium tour. However, if they agree to it, it would be their fifth year in a row on the road.

The lads will be releasing a new album later this year, but it has been reported that after that is released, they may not stick together.

“Zayn is gone but the issues are still mounting for the remaining four boys,” a source revealed. “They have been told to return from their time off to tell Simon what they want.

“Promoters have so much buzz for them that they could sell a world tour out three times over. The offer for next year would mean another world tour with bigger stadiums and a £50 million deal.”One-Direction-tour-poster

“The four have vowed to finish their current tour and get their material together for the next album,” the source continued.

“But the bigger issue will be what happens next. Harry and Niall both have offers to work on other music projects.”

Speculation about the band’s future mounted this week when it was confirmed  that Louis Tomlinson is setting up his own record label.

“Many people in the 1D camp think it will be the beginning of the end if the boys turn down something as big as another world tour,” the source added.

“It would be a massive statement to fans that they are all ready to pursue their own ventures.”

As for us, we like to think that the lads are going to be sticking around for another few years yet, as many bands before them have survived and thrived after a member has left the group.

Keep the faith One Direction fans: it ain’t over ’til it’s over.
