The most comfortable lounge wear you can find There's nothing like getting home after a long day and crawling into freshly-washed PJs. Or a slanket, snuggie, or a onesie. Whatever works for you. Wear it and wear it proud. 4. A great selection of movies Or your latest series of choice on Netflix. Set aside some special time for you and all of your on screen friends. Curl up on the couch and escape to the magical world of cinema. And if you're on the verge of tears, let them flow. 5. Chocolate All of the chocolate. Well, not all of it. But a decent amount. Listen to you body and indulge when you feel like it. You deserve a treat. 6. A selection of herbal teas For 90 per cent of the month, we're major coffee fiends. But during that time of the month, all we're interesting in drinking is herbal teas. They provide major relief, so find your favourite and enjoy. 7.
