Most people blame tiredness on not wanting to have sex, and yeah fair

Jade Hayden

Yeah, same.

It has nothing to do with simply not having anyone to have sex with.

Nothing at all.

Most people, when you ask them, would say that they enjoy having sex. It’s fun, it’s burns calories, it’s something to do when you’re bored, etc.

However, most people would also say that they are, as we speak, tired, exhausted, wrecked, and any of the above.

This is simply inevitable. We cannot control it.

Though we can decide to sleep as much as possible and naturally, this limits the amount of time we can spend riding.

That’s the case for 40 percent of people anyway, who have said that the main reason they aren’t having a whole of sex is because they’re so tired.

According to a new study conducted by Mattress Online, being sleepy is the biggest mood killer when it comes to getting down and dirty in the bedroom.

Also up there, with another solid 40 percent, is not wanting to have sex with your partner because they haven’t done the chores. Because your partner is apparently a 10-year-old boy who is refusing to clean their room.

However, it’s not just the above aforementioned issues that are stopping people from getting the ride – it’s all that sweet, sweet content.

20 percent of people said that they’d rather watch a bit of reality TV over having sex, while 10 percent said they’d rather go on social media.

Busy bunch we are.

For those of us who are looking to improve our sex lives, however, there is something we can do to spice things up: schedule in sex.

Yep, a massive 61 percent of those surveyed said that they’d be up for making themselves a rota, just so they know they’ll be getting some on any specific night.

Sure listen, if it works, it works. Enjoy.
