“So last night, I wore something that I never thought I would wear.”

Everyone’s mad for a good body positivity post these days.

You’d have a hard time scrolling through Instagram’s explore feature and not seeing about 20 or so photos from women saying that they’ve finally learned to accept their bodies no matter what they look like.

There’s stretch marks, body rolls, and absolutely no time at all for any form of fat or body shaming.

The posts are generally there to incite inspiration and to let other women who may be worried about how they look know that everybody has things they’re insecure about.

The latest girl to post a few pics and let everybody know that she now feels confident enough to do so is Twitter user Ashlie Bautista.

The American criminal justice student took to social media over the weekend to share some images of herself in a dress that she never thought she would have worn before.

And she looked class.

According to Ashlie, she’s very insecure, but because of the response and support she got from some of her friends, she was able to wear the outfit of her choosing.

And post some fire pics in it too.

She wrote:

“So last night, I wore something that I never thought I would wear.

“I’m very insecure but with the help of my amazing friends for hyping me up, I was able to wear it and gained a little bit more confidence in myself.”

Ashlie’s post has already received over 30,000 retweets and 300,000 favs.

Not bad for a few selfies.

Plus, everybody else was in total agreeance that she looked great.
