PIC – An Oxfam Shop In The UK Is Begging People To Stop Donating ’50 Shades’ Books

They built a fort in the store from the surplus copies

An Oxfam shop is pleading with customers to stop donating copies of the Fifty Shades series because they have received such an insane amount of copies of the ‘erotic’ series.

The Independent report that they have received so many copies they’ve managed to construct an actual fort from the unwanted tomes.

Phil Broadhurst works in the store and said: “We appreciate all the donations. But less Fifty Shades and more Sixties and Seventies vinyl would be good. There are a lot of people obsessed by Fifty Shades of Grey, we get people bringing in new copies coming in all the time. Enough is enough.”

Hilariously, the shop has received so many of the books that they have been forced to hand them over to a warehouse to be sold online or recycled.

The image of the fort, tweeted by @qikipedia has been retweeted thousands of times, and it’s seriously impressive.
