Gingers all over the country will be shaking their heads at this...
As if they don't get a tough enough time as it is, the struggling life of those ginger-haired folk was mistakingly highlighted in today's Newry Democrat, due to a hilarious and unfortunate juxtaposition of a headline and image.
The picture of a lad looking positively delighted to be receiving an award, was placed directly under a headline that reads, "F**king Ginger Irish B*****d".
At first glance Newry Democrat readers are likely to associate the with the headline above the picture, until of course they read the story is in relation to a foreign national being handed down a five-month sentence for assaulting his ex-girlfriend and insulting a police officer.
We're pretty sure this lad won't be that thrilled when he sees his picture appear in the paper.
It is not quit newspaper fail of the year, but it is up there...
