PIC: This Irish Mammy Went To Souper Lengths To Commemorate 1916

She is a culinary genius.

Laura Holland

This Irish Mammy went to great lengths to mark the centenary of the 1916 Rising.

Michelle Maddock got in touch with us to share her Mammy’s creation, her very own themed soup which she appropriately named ‘centenary soup’.

It consisted of broccoli soup on the left, carrot soup on the right and fresh cream down the middle to make the Irish tricolour.

Genius!

Michelle assures us it was all homemade and delicious.
