The struggle.
The unspoken rule is that we don't mention our periods around our Dads, unless we want them to vacate the room immediately (actually comes in handy in these situations).
However, one woman crossed enemy lines and asked her poor Dad to pick up some sanitary towels while he was down at the shop.
As expected, he got confused, started acting shifty, and then lost the run of himself completely and started suggesting "creams".
Let this be fair warning.
Just go to the shop yourself.
