For many, X-Factor heralds the beginning of winter and the fact that we will have another Christmas single in the charts. On the other hand, auditions mean it's the summer!

Dermot O'Leary tweeted the first picture of the judges together since the new line up has been announced. Sharon Osbourne is making a welcome return, along with last year's judges Louis Walsh, Gary Barlow and Nicole Scherzinger.
