We all made cards when we were kids. No event passed without the folded A4 sheet of paper and the markers (that hadn't already dried out) being pulled out of the packet to mark a momentous occasion.
And what occasion is more momentous than your Dad's birthday?
Four girls down in Castlecomer Co. Kildare thought so much of their father, Curly Farrell, they went that extra mile for him, or whatever the distance was their local shop was.
This give us inspiration for future birthday cards and also makes us crave a cup of tea and bit of chocolate really badly!
