The last photo of Cory Monteith was posted to Twitter by friends just a couple of days before it was reported that the actor was tragically reported dead in Vancouver.

Cory had dinner with friends just a couple of days before his death. The tweet was retweeted from his own account and he used the picture as his new profiler.

There have been no further confirmations on what caused the actor's death today and it has been announced that more tests will need to be performed on the body.

Tributes continued to pour in for the star today on the back of the news that he planned to move in with his girlfriend, Lea Michele on his return.
