Republic Of Telly has given us plenty of entertainment this season from the ‘Cartoon Battle’ to the ‘Every Irish Pub Ever’ sketch.
However, last night it was the audience that proved the centre of attention as it appeared that one brave soul decided it was as good a place as any to pop the BIG question.
It’s hardly the easiest subject in the world to broach and attempting it in public is braver than most, so fair dues to this fellow.
Although saying that, there was no mention of it on the show so we can only assume things went as planned, despite the look of shock on her face.
It must also be noted that the man himself looks very like the same guy who was having a sneaky whisky in the crowd only a few weeks ago so the jury is out on this one for the moment!
