PICTURE: No Children Were Harmed In The Making Of This Family Photograph

We all have embarrassing Family photographs; usually it involves a few dodgy outfit choices or a bizarre haircut, we all remember when the ‘curtains’ look for boys was in vogue, bless them. However sometimes it is the parents that can mess up a perfectly nice photo.

This image found its way onto Reddit thanks to Dad, alongside the caption, “A while back, we tried to take family photos at the beach. The results were...........unexpected.”

The father explains how the family was on the last day of their Californian holiday and wanted to capture the moment, but the kids were having none of it. In a bid to lift their spirits, the parents decided to play ‘swing’, and that is when 4-year-old son decided to a back flip, much to his mother’s obvious despair.

The child thankfully landed flat on his back in the sand.
