The professionals are stepping into the kitchen to impress judges Gregg Wallace, Michel Roux Junior and Monica Galetti in the new series of Masterchef. For their first challenge the 10 chefs have to make a dish using just seven ingredients. Too tasty to miss.

America’s Next Top Model – Sky Living (9.00pm)
Tonight the girls have to step up as spokeswomen before doing a photo shoot with vintage America cars and UK-inspired hats. That's life in the fast lane for you!

This teen film is definitely worth cheering about! Kirsten Dunst and Gabrielle Union play the captains of two rival cheerleading squads but who will be victorious at the national championships?

28 Days Later – TG4 (9.30pm)
From one extreme to the other, this Danny Boyle horror stars Cillian Murphy as a man who wakes up from a coma to find that Britain has been hit by a virus that is turning people into killers. A riveting watch which requires the cushion.

Switch – ITV2 (10.00pm)
After being mugged Grace starts to doubt that she is meant to live in a big city, Stella is confronted by witch India who has taken a job at her PR agency and Hannah has a problem when Jude’s market stall gets robbed. Absolute magic!
