Public Masturbation Is OK… As Long As You’re Not Looking At Anyone

Great news for those of you who enjoy pleasuring yourself, as public masturbation has just been legalised in Sweden (sort of). You may just want to invest in a pair of blinkers.

A Swedish court ruled in favour of masturbating in public after a 65-year-old male went to a beach in Stockholm, and instead of erecting a sandcastle, he thought it was a good time to erect something else… and finish the job while he was at it.

The man was later charged with sexual assault however was found not guilty, as he had not targeted anyone specifically, i.e. he wasn't looking at any one person whilst playing with himself.

The ruling came after a pensioner was charged with sexual assault for pleasuring himself on a Stockholm beach.

The Local reports the Södertörn District Court concluded that it was okay.

The Public Prosecuter, Olof Vrethammercocluded said that he agreed with the ruling.

“For this to be a criminal offence it’s required that the sexual molestation was directed towards one or more people. I think the court’s judgement is reasonable.”
