These abandoned puppies are looking for foster homes over the Christmas season

We’re crying.

You know the way they say “a dog isn’t just for Christmas, it’s for life”?

Well, in some very rare cases, this is not true.

Take little Rudolph, and his siblings Dasher, Dancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid and Blitzen as an example.

These adorable little Labrador-Collie cross puppies were recently abandoned along with their mum.

Named after Santa’s reindeer, the puppers have been rescued by the DSPCA, but urgently need foster care over Christmas.

The DSPCA says the dogs “will need an indoor foster home with an enclosed garden for around four weeks. A happy lively home with perhaps young teenagers or adults would be perfect.”

“Dasher, Dancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Blitzen, and Rudolf are seven beautiful lab-collie puppies looking for a foster home with their mum Holly for Christmas,” the DSPCA wrote on Facebook.

“Holly and all seven pups have come into us from another rescue but the puppies are too young to go to their forever homes as they are only four weeks old.”

“Holly is a medium size very friendly dog around one year old so she and her babies will need an indoor foster home with an enclosed garden for around four weeks.”
