Romantic Or Way Too Far? Man Puts Signs All Over New York Begging Woman To Contact Him

How would you feel if there was a man wandering around Ireland so desperate to find you that he had actually resorted to handing out flyers?

Hmm... we’d probably feel pretty creeped out. And if we’d feel that uncomfortable, we can only imagine how poor Kelly A feels.

You see, there’s a guy named Joe who wants to find the mysterious Kelly A. Like he wants to find her so badly, he’s already tracked down her apartment and has now resorted to putting up posters begging her to call him. Check it out:

The above sign was sent into he website Gawker.com by a reader who spotted it posted to a lamppost in New York. If you’re having trouble reading it, here’s what it says:

“KELLY A

I’VE BEEN TRYING TO FIND YOU SINCE THE DAY WE RAN INTO EACH OTHER AT THE KEW GARDENS TRAIN STATION. I TRIED YOUR APARTMENT ON GREENFELL STREET BUT IT APPEARS VACANT. THIS IS MY LAST SHOT AT FINDING YOU. PLEASE CALL ME AT: [redacted for privacy].

We have no idea what happened at the Kew Gardens train station but if Joe is having such a hard time trying to track down Kelly A, we imagine it probably wasn’t that great of an encounter (well, for her anyway).

While some might argue that this is simply a romantic missed connection, we’re of the opinion that Kelly A should probably change her phone number...
