With our brand new In Training with Vogue series hitting Instagram, we’ve been giving everyone the most feel good, most effective and efficient workouts EVER over the past few weeks.

It’s currently week four of our Instagram series and we’re super excited.

This week Vogue was joined by Sophie Kavanagh – the European cross lifting weight coach AND lifestyle coach who has worked with some of Ireland’s biggest CEO’s, and top Irish models like Thalia Heffernan, Holly Carpenter and Nadia Forde.

This week it’s about fat burning – beating that extra bulge (which of course, we had lots of fun popping on) PLUS taking the steps to start feeling our absolute best. And trust us – nothing does it quite like breaking a sweat as tough as this. Prepare to feel energised all day long, and motivated to keep pushing to reach your goals.
