The search is ON for a budding DJ to play their very own set at Longitude this year

YAS!

Ever dream of playing at a festival of 35,000 people?

Well, at Longitude this year, that could very well be you.

Yes, the Desperados Sound Stage is back for Longitude 2018 and they are looking for two budding DJs hoping to make it in the industry to take to the decks and play a set of their OWN.

The incredible festival which is already sold-out will take place from July 14 – 16 and this experience could give two people the chance to connect with other well-known artists as well as getting their name out there.

The Desperados Sound Stage will be featuring plenty of well-known DJs over the weekend including 98FM’s Lo Cutz, Spin 103.8’s Marty, Colin Devine & Lisa Marie from Workman’s Club, Dublin’s Hidden Flux, 104’s Frank Jezand, of course, the winners of the Desperados DJ competition.

So how do you enter?

The Desperados DJ search will run across two Irish radio stations – Spin 1038’s House Party show and iRadio’s iGnite. One finalist will then be chosen each week across the four week competition by the public.  The two final aspiring DJs will then win the dream prize – performing at Longitude. Madness.

We cannot wait to return to Marlay Park and dance the days away with some massive headliners including Travis Scott, DJ Khalid and Alma. You can check out the whole lineup here.
