It’s one day closer to Friday
Forgive us for sounding all Rebecca Black about this, but just knowing the weekend is around the corner is often enough to get us through.
It’s ok to go out on Thursday night, you can definitely survive one day after
Tuesday and Wednesday nights out, however, are the devil. Let’s not even discuss Mondays.
Late night shopping
The perfect way to spend an hour or two after work. No more Speedy Gonzales turns on your lunch break. Time to browse!
Anticipation is often better than the event
Sometimes, the best part of a holiday is the looking forward. This applies on a smaller scale every week. The weekend is FULL of possibilities! (Come Saturday, there’s every chance you’ll spend the entire day perfecting the groove on the couch).
It's a good day to plan a getaway
Studies have shown that Thursday is the best day of the week to book flights if you're in the market for savings, (who isn't?). What could be better than looking forward to the weekend, knowing you have a holiday to look forward to too!

Thursday = treat day
On Monday you’re full of the best intentions. You’ll eat salad for the week, you’ll walk to work every day, there will be NO chocolate…
By Thursday, you’ve either given up and made your peace with it, or you’ve done well so far and earned a treat. Either way, win!
It’s the little things that put a smile on your face. Lidl want to invite you to Choose to live a little and to celebrate we’re giving away €50 a day to spend in-store. Go on, treat yourself & click here to win. How would you Choose to live a little?
