Heading back out tonight? Stick to clear spirits or a beer. Wine or cocktails are not your friend, and you will not feel fabulous. Things could get messy. Trust us. Sleep No matter how much TLC you treat yourself to in the midst of a hangover, the number one cure is a good sleep. Make sure whatever time you make it back into your bed, that you draw the curtains and set the alarm clock for at least nine hours of sleep. Your body will thank you for it… Maybe bring snack supplies (it never hurts)
