Two sisters plan to sue Snapchat, after their image became the top searched image when a user types “Snapchat sluts” into Google.
Sarah and Elizabeth Turner claim that founder Evan Spiegel approached the pair in 2011 while he was a student at Stanford and developing an iPhone app called ‘Picaboo’.
According to the lawsuit, the girls say Evan convinved them to let him shoot pictures of them playing on a beach. The girls obliged, modelling for free, to help their friend promote his new app.
The sisters are now suing Speigel after they claim photos were photoshopped to make it look like Elizabeth was pulling off her sister Sarah’s bikini top. The images have now been doctored to make the girls appear nude on the beach.
The girls are now suing the Snapchat founder for part of his $10billion as their bikni pic is now considered the “face of the app”.
The girls are also suing for damage to reputation as Snapchat has become the premiere sexting app.
