Think big One of the biggest mistakes people make is keeping their best ideas under their hat because they think they are too radical or different to work. Chances are, your boss can think of the predictable stuff themselves so don't be afraid to push the envelope a little. Be honest If you are finding yourself becoming complacent and yearning a change, talk to your boss about the direction that you'd like to go in.
