Now this is exciting news! The legend that is Stephen Fry is joining the cast of 24: Live Another Day.
Fry is to transform himself into British Prime Minister, Trevor Davies, for the thriller series that sees the return of 24 hero Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland).
The limited run show will see the fugitive Bauer on the run across London and picks up the story following the series finale.
According to Deadline, Fry's character is "a strong and charismatic leader whose friendship with President Heller (William Devane), and the Anglo-American alliance itself, come under tremendous pressure because of personal and political crises."
Supporting cast for the Fox programme includes Tate Donovan, Benjamin Bratt and Yvonne Strahovski, as well as series regulars Mary Lynn Rajskub and Kim Raver.
24: Live Another Day will have its two hour premiere on May 5th in the US.
