Stop! Ducks Are Trying To Cross The Road! The Nicest Police Officer EVER

Is this the nicest police officer on the face of the planet? Eh, yes. We think so. Meet traffic officer Mark James from the Portland Police bureau. He’s a guy who loves animals so much, that he’s willing to stop high-speed car chases in order to make sure they’re safe.

A mother duck and her ducklings were in danger of being run over when Officer James got out of his car to help them. Officer James had been in the middle of chasing a car that was driving at least 20mph over the speed limit.

Rather than simply drive around the ducks, Officer James got out of his car and made sure they got to safety.

“You are one cool police officer. One of them “good ole boys” not many left,” said one YouTube user.
