Stop The Press – There’s a Brand New Disney Princess And She Is Fierce

Our FOMO was severe last weekend while the Disney D23 Expo was taking place, and turns out it was completely justified. Not only did lucky attendees get a first glimpse at Emma Watson as Belle AND a teaser of the Finding Nemo sequel but they were also treated to a sneak peek at the brand new Disney princess, Moana.

Moana is Disney's first polynesian princess and judging by these sketches, she is going to be pretty kick-ass.

Moana is all about a young woman who sets sail across the open ocean to prove herself as a master navigator and seafarer and is due for release in November 2016.
