Hosted by Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly. The Santa Clause – RTÉ One (6.35pm) Tim Allen stars in this festive family flick as a divorced father who accidentally causes the death of Santa Claus. The X Factor – UTV (8.00pm) It’s big-band week tonight and the halfway point which means the competition (both on stage and off) will be seriously heating up. The Jonathan Ross Show – UTV (9.35pm) Wimbledon champion Andy Murray, singer Celine Dion, comedian Johnny Vegas and television personality John Barrowman are on the show. Boyzone will also be performing.
