Well, at least that's according to dating site elitesingles.ie, who analysed data from a sample of 20,000 Irish singles to determine the first names of those with the highest opinions of themselves. The dating site looked at how users ranked their own intelligence, sexiness, faithfulness, attractiveness and sense of humour on a scale of 1-7, and then averaged out the scores according to the users' first names. Declan was found to be the most egotistical male name, which Patricia came out on top for women. At the other end of the scale, Jamies and Rebeccas were the least confident members on the site, ranking themselves lower on the scale across the board. Most Egotistical: Top ten male names
