If you’re looking for a simple way to improve your sex life fast, here’s a handy tip. Switch off the television in your bedroom or (better yet) remove it completely.
Yes, according to some new research, couples who don’t have a telly box in their boudoir actually have two to three times more sex than couples who curl up in bed together and catch up on Homeland.
The research discovered that couples who did have a television in their sleeping sanctuary were found to have sex around four times a month. This was in stark comparison to the couples who didn’t have any distractions in the bedroom – they had sex at least twice a week (and even more in some cases!).

Will you be switching off the box tonight?
We all know that having a television in the bedroom can be the ultimate luxury (Girls + duvet = heaven) but getting rid of it could not only help your sex life, it could also help you to sleep better.
The researchers concluded that not having a telly in the bedroom actually encouraged couples to bond more and have more conversations (always a good thing) and apparently, watching violent films and reality TV while you’re in bed with your sweetheart can actually kill your libido whether you’re aware of it or not.
Make a late New Year’s resolution to switch off the telly while you’re in bed with your man or to remove it completely. Your relationship could benefit from it!
