A Tallaght women who was out of work for three months after a fall in Dublin nightclub Copper Face Jacks has sued the club for damages.
She denies "dirty dancing" being a reason for the accident.
Ciara O'Connell fractured her arm after she fell on the allegedly wet floor of the nightclub, the Irish Times reports.
She was dancing with a group of work colleagues in the Harcourt Street club to a song by Shakira when a male colleague, Noel Humphries, fell on top of her and she injured her arm.
When it was suggested in cross-examination that Ms O'Connell was dancing backwards with Mr Humphries in a "dirty dancing" style, she said it was "just dancing" and nobody had suggested they were dancing in a reckless manner.

O'Connell said she had to undergo two separate operations since the incident in August 2006 and has been left with scars.
In reponse to the suing, Copper Face Jacks denies the claims, denies the floor was wet and alleges that Ms O'Connell was engaged in dangerous and reckless dancing with her colleague.
The case continues.
