Teens invite older lady to join night out because she missed her friends

Friendship has no age limit.

If you're a girl and you've been drunk in a club bathroom you're probably familiar with how pleasant the other girls in there can be. I'm not sure of the science behind it, but there's something about meeting other drunk girls in the loo that just brings out the best in us. Now I have no proof these girls were drunk, but the toilet friendship point is still valid. Mahri Smith and her friends were hanging out all dressed up on a night out in a casino in Ottawa. They did what most 18-year-old girls would do on a night and went to the bathroom to take some pictures. This is when an older lady offered to take some pictures for them. Smith told Buzzfeed that the woman was very sweet and chatty and complimented the girls on their outfits. Then the older woman said that she missed hanging out like this with her friends.

“I remember when my girlfriends and I would get dressed up and go out,” she said.

So whether they hang out at the casino regularly or never cross paths again, the moment was pretty special. “The pictures made me smile,” Smith said.
