What an image!
This incredible picture was taken in county Clare last night by photographer Damien Stenson.
Sharing the image via his facebook page, Damien said: "I went down to the Cliffs of Moher to capture the milky way setting over the cliffs. As I drove down, I was aware the moon was setting around 10.30pm. I wasn't aiming to capture the moon setting but driving up from Doolin the moon was a beautiful colour. I parked up and raced up to only get three pictures before the moon set. Ideally I was hoping for no clouds but living in the west of Ireland, you take what you get. About an hour after this the sky had closed over."
Clouds or no clouds, this is breath-taking. To see more of Damiens work, check out his facebook page.
