Ireland’s best Instagram pics have been revealed and they are stunning

The votes are in!

The winners of the 2018 Huawei Creatives competition have officially been announced with this year's overall award going to a Dublin photographer. Now in its third year, the Instagram creative photography competition aimed at celebrating Ireland's visual talent was run by 'The Snapys' with support from tech company Huawei, and managed to attract over 15,000 entries. Divided into 13 categories, including travel, food, pets and action, this year's overall winner is Dubliner, Pete Maguire (@shotbymaguire) for a shot he took of rowers on the River Liffey at sunrise. Pete said: "I'm absolutely delighted to win. The photo was taken in January at sunrise.
