At the moment, BabyCenter says Liam is number one followed by Noah, Oliver, Mason and Lucas.
Given that the list is updated daily, it's a fairly reliable summarisation of the current top names but as said it does change on the regular.
It also depends on what list you look at because over on Nameberry, the popular names are changing all the time.
At the moment, Atticus, Milo, Jasper, Jack and Asher feature in the top five but given that there are a few months left in the year, it's likely to change considerably over the second half of 2018.
