After weeks of speculation Celebrity Big Brother finally revealed its much talked about line-up as it hit TV screens on Wednesday night.

With a number of celebrity names thrown into the pot last week, viewers were left unsure as to who would actually be in the house, but the wait was finally over and what an interesting line-up it appears to be.

Celebrities included Patsy Kensit, model Alicia Douvall and the extremely outspoken and controversial Katie Hopkins.

Joining them in the house is ‘reformed playboy’ Calum Best, Jeremey Jackson (or Hobie from Baywatch to you and me), singer Anthony Kavanagh, actor Ken Morley and TV presenter Keith Chegwin.

Another interesting inclusion in the house is Perez Hilton, and viewers will be waiting to see if he spills the dirt on any well-known celebrities and how he’s going to get on with Katie Hopkins.

Also in this year’s house are glamour models Camila ‘Cami Li’ Figueras and Chloe Goodman and Michelle Visage, while Nadia Sawalha and Alexander O’Neill will also be looking for the public’s votes.

Indeed Katie Hopkins was at the centre of the drama and she didn’t miss a chance to get a few digs in commenting about Coronation Street’s Ken Morley, “I’m a little bit concerned that Ken has been let out of a care home. He’s got the look of a man who hasn’t got a clue.”

Moving on to Perez Hilton she added “I have no idea why Perez is dressed for a combat scene” before slamming Jeremey Jackson saying, “if you’ve paid him more than a tenner – you’ve been done.”

She finished her rant with branding her fellow housemates “a bunch of freaks” before selecting Chloe Goodman and Alexander O’Neal as the ones she finds the most annoying. They now face public eviction.

The Big Brother cameras will be on hand to watch their every move and after that opening night – we’re sure there’s going to be some fireworks this year!
