The Day We’ve All Been Dreaming Of… Calorie Free Chocolate is a Real Thing

For every woman whose diet has fallen at the chocolate hurdle, we have the news you’ve been waiting for… a calorie free chocolate. An inventor has come up Cravings – a Listerine style strip that tastes of milk chocolate but contains no sugar and absolutely no calories. Ian Goldfarb, the man behind the project said: “The packs will supply 24 strips where you can pull a strip, let it dissolve in your mouth for a blast of flavour. “It's not a new technology, edible film has been around a long time, but we will be repurposing it using flavours we crave. This is where the fun begins.” The 24 pack of strips will retail for roughly £6, with a bundle of three packs coming in at £15. Despite the initial excitement at the new product hitting the shelves, the inventors are still looking for a pledge of £24,000 to fund the remaining research. Image via Daily Mail
