The site, which already promotes ads using videos on site, will let users create short videos to match their profile, with the aim of video dating to be introduced over time.
According to The Drum, Tinder co-founder Sean Rad confirmed the company is still “figuring out the right way to do it for users”, but has yet to outline whether the app will include extra functionality like video chats.
It’s believed the new service will be an additional feature of the premium service, Tinder Plus.
